Seastainable is proud to be a funder and supporter of the Thresher Camp. The Thresher Camp is an environmental education program that aims to instill deep appreciation and interest in the protection of the marine ecosystems among locals in Malapascua Island. It also aims to raise awareness of marine debris and solid waste management. Activities during the camp include interactive classroom sessions, snorkeling, a waste audit, assessment of waste management practices, and development of community-based, student-led projects.

Thresher Camp that Seastainable will be supporting will happen on April 17- 19, 2018 in Maya, Cebu!

Seastainable is proud to be a funder and supporter of Earthducation. Earthducation is a three-day experiential learning activity for educators to increase conservation literacy; teach basic and transferable skills for environmental leadership; increase the participants' pro-environmental behavior, and integrate sustainable practices in the classroom and/or campus.

Founded on the belief that teachers and educators play a critical role in raising environmental awareness, forming values, and inspiring interest in conservation, Save Philippine Seas, in partnership with Sciamathuto, is organizing the first open Earthducation workshop on April 21-23, 2018 in Los Baños, Laguna!
